What's The Best?

OK! So here i am, i've finally found a Toyota Forum and i need some help!

I am going to buy a Land Cruiser! BUT, want one that has permanent 4wheel drive, is LWB, and isn't too new (cos i'm going to rag it around the desert!)

Can anyone suggest a make? I've kind of looked into it, and read Chris Scott's desert travel book, but all i can make out from the gibberish and techno babble is that the VX is the only one with permanent 4 wheel drive!

Yep.. get the Toyota Landcruiser...

Hmm! I am getting the Land Cruiser, but wanted a more in depth opinion as to which one! (ie; the VX or GX. 80 series or what.... BLAH BLAH BLAH!)

is this because the VX is the better model? or is it because it looks better? I need something that will withstand 600km of pure soft sand!

I think they are both good it is just that the VX Colorado comes with better spec
