Wiring block issue

Wiring block missing part any advice on costs? Anyone else had this issue before? Car won’t start:

Looks like a blown fuse (2nd from the right).

Any idea on the amperage,also any history leading up to it blowing, e.g.wiring loom short etc?

No issues before just had a new Battery as well

Okay, more info needed! When you say it wont start then does the engine 'turn over' and is not firing or does nothing happen at all? Do the dash lights work?  Is there a fuse rating on or around the the fuse/ fuse holder? Need more info please!
