I posted in the wrong section, so here my inquiry

 

- long story short has mileage is junk car has knock and pings even with higher octane, I can tune ecus that are flashable or if the stock ecu can be adjusted like that of an sti with carberry, and where to find the software licenses/ ecus or what my options can be.

Where to find mods intake and maybe a cat back or a way to open it up without making it loud, rhdjapan had some stuff, other websites were strictly aero. Not trying to make power just nice to have a good note driving around. I found some sites, I’ve come across all kinds of aero stuff but nothing for “performance” (I felt the entire forum facepalm)

i did the timing plugs fluids and have it aligned with good tires. I’d assume some more durable and adjustable suspension would also aid. And if anyone knows a way to flare with sliding doors that would be cool to. Looking for websites or full on DIY articles to read, or name a section to look into on here, no need to do legwork for me. And also what has everyone else done to make the car perform better(ride quality throttle response gas economy etc) any gurus want to come and explain I would be thrilled, and any feedback or name calling is also appreciated.
