Yaris 2002 - Rear wiper nut size

I am to replace the wiper arm and nut on my 2002 Yaris, as the car does not have a wiper on it nor the nut, what size nut is needed on the rear wiper, I cannot find the answer anywhere online?

I put a Japanese one on a French yaris, they are basically the same but have a different cap. Though choose a good make as mine was cheap and unbranded ....it is very noisy! But I put the front yaris wiper, the shorter one on avensis rear, no noise from carparts4less and better rear clearance.
