ST-205 3S-GTE engine swapping 1996 Rav4 3 door manual

hey guys, i'm wanting to put a Toyota Celica ST-205 3S-GTE engine in my 1996 toyota rav4 its a 3 door AWD/4WD from what I've found the 3S-GTE will bolt straight in on to the Rav4 transmission. the rav4 transmission is okay for over 300hp i think that's all i'll need for a while. I'm wondering about the Rav4 wiring harness and if that will plug in as well if anyone has experience and know how well this will work? Also i've heard that the center lock diff won't work not sure if it was with the celica transmission or the rav4 transmission? i'm planning to use the rav4 transmission to save money. And aparantle the engine mounts will fit the is this the rav4 mount to fit the 3S-GTE or the Celica to fit the Rav4?
