Toyota touch & go 2 from a 2016 Auris UK model

Hi 

i am selling a Toyota touch & go 2 multimedia system from a 2016 Auris UK model as i bought it for my Japanese Toyota Estima but cannot find anyone to install it because the wiring on the japanese models is different, i am open to reasonable offers and it comes with the sat nav unit which on its own is selling for around £150. I was looking for around £350.
