adjusting settings

Having looked at both online and hardcopy of the manual, and having "twiddled" with steering wheel controls,  

I cannot find how to

1. adjust dashboard display for brightness

2. change temperature setting from C to F . Not important, but I'm old school.

Perhaps they cannot be altered?

The brightness is adjusted by the little knob on the rhs  of the display

For the temperature access the settings screen on the dashboard display using the steering wheel buttons and find units, it should be in there. Page 129 of the full manual (download from web required).

No  option in settings to change from Celsius/Centigrade to Fahrenheit. Me being "old school". 

But I can live with"C"

Hi, would you rather have hybrid system info like older Corolla/Auris or the numbers of RPM as a standard tachometer? Can it be also changed through the system menu? Anyone using that like on the picture? 

I don’t see the point of having a standard rpm numbers and needle to stay without showing me how much energy I use to accelerate, only ice rpm.
