Is there a way to turn off the nag screen before the satellite navigation comes on

I get that you have to follow these instructions but 2 or 3 times a day for 5 years

I just ignore it and they go away after a few seconds 🤣

Yeah, you should try Honda's system. If you ignore the warning the entire screen eventually goes black, apart from the time displayed very, very dimly at the top right. That's the only place the clock is usually visible unless someone is driving with the cruise control actually turned off (and most people leave it inactive rather than actually turning it off).
