Hi

i have recently noticed a rubbing sound when cornering in my 06 Aygo but can’t find the cause. It’s most noticeable cornering right ie on roundabouts but can also be heard when turning left on twisty roads (but not as bad). Nothing in a straight line or parking etc. I thought it sounded like it was at the ns rear, I felt slight top/bottom play at that corner and the noise went mid corner when applying the handbrake,  so I changed the nsr hub but the noise is still there (but not as bad). The sound is more rubbing than metallic, the front ball joint covers are missing so definitely not rubbing the discs, plenty of pads and shoes left and no obvious play in any wheel bearings. The noise still stops mid corner if I pull the handbrake so is it likely the os hub ? any ideas welcome, thanks
