Toyota avensis reprogramming of radio required

hi my toyota avensis 2011 has can't read programme contact dealer recently put in new alternator and need code to get radio and reverse camera back on

Does your Radio have a flip down front with two cd slots one For Audio & one for Map DVD ?

If your audio/multimedia system is the TNS510, you may need to have the SD card inserted to reboot the system! Is the map SD card inserted and it's not missing or stored somewhere? With Toyota, the mapping CD or SD card don't need to be inserted in the nav system once everything has been loaded. It's only when power has been disconnected. that the memory is lost. Then you need the CD or SD to initialise the system. This is Toyota's radio security of sorts.
