Best roof rack (easily removeable)

I have a 2016 Toyota Verso. I need to fit a Roof Rack (or at least two left-to-right bars) to carry a hang glider. Ideally this should be very quick and easy to fit or remove, since I imagine that these bars will make a lot of wind noise, and increase the fuel consumption, so I want to remove them when I am not using them. What is the best (or most cost effective) product to meet this requirement?

I’m sure there is also other variations out there too that may be closer to your what your looking for. Sorry have no experience with them but also looking for roof bars for our kayak.
