Stopping Condensation in Mk1 Headlight

So I had my car serviced and the garage managed to "lose" my offside headlight connector cover. The rubber seal. Now I have condensation in my headlight despite drying out with a  heat gun with the bulb out. I read that headlights have vent holes, which makes sense. But I cant see them. There are some tubes around the headlight but they dont appear to go through to the inside and look more like molding remains.

Anyone know if vent holes exist ?
