My point isn't about shortages, it's about Toyota and dealers keeping the customer informed. There is no date in my MyT app.

Toyota should keep the customer updated but like all things today the customer is of a low priority

I asked for a date last week. I ordered beginning of January, HB excel Pan Roof, and estimated Mid April delivery.

As of last week the delivery is estimated first week of May. So it’s not been too bad so far really.

Picked up my 1.8 design today in pearlescent platinum white. Part leather with pan roof.

infotainment system display quicker and much sharper picture

 

The tyres are Falken, these  seemed to wear out quick on previous car

My order is solid white with plain roof, just playing the waiting game. Does the improved screen make the reverse camera any better or was the screen not the limiting factor?

The image quality of reverse camera in my opinion is the same as my previous Corolla

Just got an email from the dealer saying expected deliver 24th May. It was unprompted so I suppose experience depends on the dealer. Still means a full 6 month wait though.

The TS has the reversible floor, the hatch just a standard one.

I have noticed my tracker now says ‘Derbyshire’ which it did not have anything there before. Does this mean anything? 
 

I also have a map showing too. I’m showing website as I went to check it was showing the same as the app.

Normally, it means that they have allocated you a build slot, and ETA and build date are probably going to be more accurate. Mine did the same thing after being in 'Processing Order' for a few weeks.

Looks like it’s all set to run, just had the notification and email come through about it processing.

 

Looked at the network log and the estimated date is the 10th May! I was given an estimation at the time of ordering in early January of a delivery for Mid April. So in reality it’s been pretty close so far.

 

I’m guessing now it stays processing for a few more weeks

I had an update today from the dealer, its moved from 01/08/22 to................ 22/07/22 😀. hopefully it will continue to come forward. 🤞

My dealer had an ETA of 28 April. By the time it was filled on the site, it went to 20th, and then 19th April. So it's been fairly accurate. Built and in transit now, so should be on time.

 

It stayed on processing until the day before the leftlocation date (yesterday), then moved to building yesterday and in transit today.

I thought It was just an app update but maybe means you have a build spot as my car got built not too long after this change
