I really do like that digital display, that paired with the new infotainment system and new hybrid drive train does make me consider a my23, but the the extra £6k on a my21, no 0% finance and who knows when I would actually get the car makes it a hard sale for me

Lol here is the thing with the new Corolla 23, if anyone already has 2019 one perhaps no need to upgrade, it’s more or less the same car. For others that drive old Toyotas like me for example it’s a real deal over my19-22 because the used car prices are still stupidly high. A good used ts cost nearly or just above 30k where for little more money you will get brand new car that comes with all the goodies. Like phones, but one good one and keep it as long as possible. But if you can afford it and like to spend why not then 😉👌

Couple of weeks ago dealers rang me to inform that I won’t be getting a 22 model. Originally ordered April 22, eta was Oct, dec and then jan. The guy said they can’t keep the price promise but will keep the same APR and discount deal. Promised delivery of 23 model on 15th Feb. Not happy to pay 2460 extra but had to agree as I really need a car now.

Strangely when I build a TS 2.0 Excel now adding the pano roof doesn’t increase the value.

Can anyone advise roughly how long from now?  A month including delivery and dealer PDI?

The build takes less than a day, it will show in the app when it’s in transit, mine last year was with the dealer in a few days, depends then how busy your dealer is but I got mine in  about 10 days as I was 160 miles from the dealer

Yes, I've had it for a couple of days now. Still loving it. 😁 

In terms of noise, I didn't use any noise level meter but you can hear it more when the RPM go up, but it's not that bad, imo.

I have the TS Excel. There's not a lot of ambient lighting, tbh. It's on all doors, cup holders and mobile phone compartment.

I’ve seen a demo my23 TS Excel today at my local dealer, noted it has a usb c in the front under dashboard and 2 usb c ports in the rear under air vents. There is also a pull up cargo net behind the rear headrests. 
the car hadn’t had its PDI so couldn’t check out anything electrical

Here are some pics. As I said no electrics working as not had PDI. By illumination I’d you mean headlights etc then they do appear to be LED, couldn’t check the rest, maybe someone else can if seen or got delivered car. The front windscreen camera has heating elements like the rear defogger

My 22 TS has adjustable rear air vents (and a USB C socket under the armrest).
