As an update my TS 2.0 GR which was pushed out to the end of June ETA is now May so hopefully things are moving again.

Good news, I’ll check with my dealer soon as I had early June for 2.0 TS Excel.  What date in May did they give?

Hi James. I see that you ordered in Oct last year. I too ordered in Oct 22. My order is for a TS 2.0 Design in Scarlet Flare. ETA was estimated at around April this year. Hopefully I might get some news soon. Fingers crossed.

Hi, they just said late May instead of late June

I've also seen MY23 on a 72 plate.

That makes sense, since the MY23 has been in production since December and they only started issuing 23 plates this month 😁.

DC's spot is unusual because

A) It shows what a Corolla geek DC is 😃

B) A car that is in such shortage sat around for over 2 months before it was registered....? (was it some super-special, highly modified example....?)

I actually saw a few, its usually a customer order that either arrived early or the customer wanted a 23 plate so asked to leave the vehicle there.

I saw one at my lcoial dealer on 01/02/23 wiith a 23 plate alreadty fitted, there's no issue, just it can't be driven on the road.

My apologies as I’m sure this has been answered a few times. My order from last August has just gone from ‘order awaiting processing’ to ‘order processed’ how long does it take to now go to build?

Is this In the MyT app? The first step in the app is processing order, then build in progress so I’m not sure where you are looking?

I’ve had the processing order in the App for months but today I had an update email to say the order has been processed and the App now confirms this

Once the app moves to build it takes less than a day, last year my car jumped through all the stages to in transit so you might be lucky, what did you order and when?

It looks like we’ve swapped places 🤦🏻‍♂️😁 Honestly , it is getting beyond ridiculous my situation / order (TS 2.0 too)

Your October order been brought forward 1 month

My May order was pushed from mid May to mid June now  (this is delivery ETA to dealer , for me to actually pick up the car would be maybe early July)🤷‍♂️

Lost for words honestly - if anybody knows anything that I could do to make Toyota ( Toyota GB , the headquarters because the dealerships I assume don’t have any power over this ) treat my order in a fair way , please let me know. 🙏

My car arrived at the dealer 15/03/23. No paperwork or registration yet.  Toyota said they have problem transferring MY22 to MY23 with the agreed price for MY22 and 0% interest. Not Shure what will happen now. Will probably take another 2 weeks if it happens at all. Nearly 14 months since purchase.🤬🤬🤬

Checked with my dealer and the estimated delivery hasn’t moved at all, still early June, this is on an early Sept 22 order for 2.0 TS Excel. Doesn’t seem likely this date will move much, those lucky on here to have had movement are few and far between and all seem to be my22 originally.  This is the worst Toyota have been in delivery times in the last 3 years and this is my third new car order in that timeframe.

I ordered the same time. I checked with my dealer at the beginning of March as he told me it was March end delivery. When I spoke to him he said end of April but I don’t have a build slot yet, TBH, I probably agree with June like you.

My September 22 order for an Excel HB was pushed back from mid May to 7th July a few weeks ago. And I won't be surprised to see that get another pushback in a few weeks time. I'm sure there's some logic being applied with ETAs, but I'm bu66ered if I can see what that logic is...

It seems Toyota have serious problems these days. My car was delivered to Toyota dealer with faulty parts had only 8 miles on the clock now Toyota technicians are driving up and down clocking miles on my new car trying to figure out what is wrong with it. What I can't understand is how a new car can leave the factory in that state. Or all the promises ot quality checks are rubbish. Total mess.🤬

I have a lot of patience. Really don't need the car till August. Car will come with 3 year warranty and not too bothered if there is problem with the car in future. With Toyota service warranty can  be extended to 10 years. Will wait to see if Toyota will honour the agreed price and interest or what they can offer after 14 months. I m already looking at alternatives and Mercedes GLA 250 plug-in hybrid facelift 2023 is my backup option. Probably will save some money on the long run with 40 miles electric range and low emissions parking charges.

Toyota are really talking a p..s with some customers and particularly those with late delivery and 22 cars that now they have to deliver 23. That’s not good at all.
If me I will rather buy Honda hybrid but will stay clear from any German cars. These particular in hybrids variants are very bad, poor design, ultra unreliable, not even nice to drive and just better buy a diesel if you want Mercedes.
