Has anyone else had issues with Apple CarPlay since the IOS13 update?. It now makes my infotainment system reboot and I can only assume it is the iPhone update that has caused it.

I had to reconnect both iPhones on 14 plate revised media.

Did you ever get this sorted? I’ve had it infrequently and sometimes it corrects itself but currently it’s doing it quite often

Can you tell us what version of software your headunit is running:

Turn on ignition

Press setup button on screen

Press General button on screen

Scroll down and press Software version on screen

You should see three software versions:

Audio, OS1 & OS2

No issues with my wife's new X-Cite & the very latest Apple phone up-grade so Lee is spot on that your software version is the problem.

Also I am surprised that when using Apple Car Play the Phone is charged by some 30% on a 22 mile journey which is clearly a Bonus.

In the Lexus Forum some members want Phone Charging Platforms for a variety of reasons if their car spec does not cater for larger phones or does not have the platform itself.

My NX has the perfect Platform but on the same 22mile journey the change level only increases by 15% at best.

The X-Cite Spec. is impressive what with Hill-Start,Speed Limit Control & a DAB Radio that delivers the Virgin Signal better than my MLS.
