Excess Speed Warning

Hi all,

I have been a member on the Auris section for some time and I am hopefully getting the Rav4.5 2019, when my local dealer gets his new demonstrator (I am buying their existing demonstrator.)

My Auris gives verbal voice warnings when the speed limit is exceeded by 2mph ish. Does the 2019 Rav4 do this or is it just a warning sound.

Neil, yes it does it and you can turn it off.
From memory it can set for 1mph, 3 and 5 or something like that

I am so exited at the thought of getting my Rav4. I went into my dealers to have a look at a new one and went for a test drive in their Excel AWD........ but was so disappointed to find that there was an 10 month wait for one. The salesman then offered me the demonstrator with the proviso that I would have to wait until the end of October due to the date of their replacement vehicle.
