Hi Folks,

Hoping you can help me.

Have a new shape 2015 Avensis. It has the media system that has a USB slot in the center arm rest. There is a button on the steering wheel for voice commands but when I push it, I get a message saying "You don't have voice recognition on your Toyota Touch 2"

Is there anyway to get this working? bluetooth is present and working correctly. I thought with the button been present, it would be there.

The button is probably there for when sat nav is installed.

more than just satnav installed, I think that you need the "High" version before you get voice.

The button is there as it's in theory available as a dealer-fit upgrade  & without one that would otherwise require a replacement steering wheel too.
