whats going on? first yahoo gives its customes 100MB of free space now hotmail is in the same game

yahoo sucks bigtime, specially for spam, at least with hotmail you can turn the filter on full, add to your safe list and contact list, and nothing will get through, I just emptied 2500 spam emails from my yahoo acount!

and yes that is not a typo, two thousand five hundred emails...

And I have only been offline for 7 days

yeah but does that mean , a new person would have to ask you by another way to send you an email?

just emptied 3241+ TOC emails

the filter on eudora does learn, now I only get 20 spam in my inbox

Google have launched a beta of their web mail service, called GMail.

This offers a gigabyte of storage, and some nice features like,

- the power of the google engine to search your email

- a nice interface

- labels instead of folders, which is strange at first, but you soon come to love it.

This has caused a flurry of knee-***** reactions from other web mail providers.

it currently invitation only though.

You can also turn a filter on with yahoo. I have, cos I used to get 40-50 junk mails a day. Nothing comes through now!!! :thumbsup:
