That's the cvfc (cvt) you shouldn't need to touch it unless it high miles or has a leak

for any others viewing this thread is a 4/2013 yaris active with cvt  (1NRFE engine)

First thanks,

my yaris has 135km of run.. I read that I should replace the gear oil,

so I went to an non official  garage today, and they put me wrong oil (3 liters) of dexron 6, people told me that now my gear have mix of 3 liter of original CVT + 3 liter of Dexron 6,  how can I clear this **** now?

Correct oil is Toyota CVT TC

Fill plug gasket is 90430-18008

Drain plug gasket is 90430-12008

Suggest you pay for a few hours access to Here as there are very specific instructions on how to correctly drain, refill, bleed etc

Ok some updates:

I went back to the garage(drive only 50km with wrong fluid) , they replace me the fluid of the gear: open the fluid plug, spilled about 3L of oil, then they removed the oil dock, about 1L of oil spilled, and finally removed the gear oil filter (also some oil was spilled)

cleaned the dock and the filter, put it back and insert original new oil (using another side plug of the gear box ) about 3L while the car was in rest, and about 1L when the car was working in Neutral.

I drive about a week with the new oil (1000km), back to the garage, and they did this process all over again(total of 4.2 new original gear oil), and also new original gear oil filter..

However the past few days I fill that when I drive and braking, when the car gets to 2 gear it kind of delay before it shifts to 1 gear (although I feel it already should be in the 1 gear) and I feel this shifting with some bamp on the car

is it normal? how to test the gear, and tell if it work fine?
