"MyT" mobille phone app

A search of the forum found no reference to the My Toyota app, maybe I'm the only one using it?

I say "using", just tried to launch it several times on my Android phone (with an excellent signal) and repeatedly get a message telling me "Unfortunately MyT has stopped".

What?!? Stopped as in closed down? Stopped as in something temporary? Stopped as in reinstall it?

Anyone else?

I've just accessed MyT on my android phone - no issue. All my details are there and up to date.

I found the app a waste of time. All my details were present and correct until the app updated and everything was gone. Reported to Toyota app customer service who after 7 days emailed me back apologising for the known issue which they were working on a fix. That was 6 months ago and it's still the same. 😨
