Yaris 2001 headlamp motors

The manual headlamp level motors seem to have failed. They make a noise but the headlamps do not move.

Are these motors available and is it a simple diy job to replace them?

Or is it a case of changing the headlamps?

The existing headlamps are a bit misty so depending on cost  I might consider a pair of complete units.

Can anyone recommend  a source of a pair of reasonably priced headlamps complete with motors?
