What are these buttons for?

Saw this picture on the internet and was wondering what the two yellow circled buttons are (if they even are buttons). My Avensis hasn't got those two.

I downloaded and checked the owner's manual manual. Those buttons look like aftermarket additions. The left button is normally the stop/start function, but the button in the photo has a different legend. The right hand button definitely looks non standard. It could be unique to that particle market location, being non UK. 
I tried Google search of image, but the results did not match. If you can link to the web page you saw this photo, some may be able to find out.

Left one looks like an alarm light, right could be LPG indicator, top one for LPG, bottom one when it's running on gas.

As Konrad said, non standard, so we can just guess.

Its the dealer fit alarm on the left is a break glass sensor, on the right is just a flashing LED 'theft deterrent' / plip/key receiver
