Toyota Avensis 2007 high fuel mileage.

I just got this avensis with 152000 mileage on it the fuel consumption is pretty high. I am getting only 65km per 13 liters when I scanned is show knock sensor and maf error I worked on those but the consumption is still high, I have changed the engine oil, pluge and air cleaner. Please what else could cause this high fuel consumption?
