EPB automatic function not working

automatic function on the epb not working. The manual function does work.

Dash shows Check parking brake , Check ASC. Any help welcomed

I Googled Toyota Check ASC and result came back as 'automatic stability control'. The ASC isa linked with the ABS and traction control. I am guessing a sensor is not working, and has disabled most of the automatic functions, including the EPB. I think it might be the G force sensor. You need to get a diagnostics done, preferably Techstream. 
I had a self inflicted fault where the clutch and G-force zero point calibration were accidentally wiped! I used Techstream to fix my problem. My other issue was caused because the gear position sensor was not securely connected and came adrift.
