Hi all , glad I found this site . Had a few Toyotas over the years . Avensis, corollas , I’m on my second PFL t sport and it’s got issues .

Starts , runs and drives fine under pre lift , but once you get up to 6400 it stutters not lifting and then revs through to redline. On inspection I found the cam to be wiped severely . I have replaced the cams last week along with , new oil , new lift bolts , injectors , maf sensor but to no avail it still does the same thing , I’ve also checked and cleaned the ocv and relative filters and solenoid is clicking. Is it worth getting a diagnosis obd2 on it or will I just be wasting more money

Any ideas I would be very greatfull

Many thanks Matt

It isn't a waste of money, having an ODB2 makes your life easier if you car runs into a problem and you don't know where the problem is . If you are new, I recommend you use Autel AL619 Autolink, its quite cheap and easy to use.
