Do the hazards flash when locking car?

I have a 2014 Yaris Excel automatic with remote key. When I press the lock or unlock button on the fob, i hear the locks function. But the hazard lights don't flash. So, two questions:

Are they supposed to flash?

If so, how do I make then do so?

I think this option can  be turned on/off using Toyota techstream, so maybe the previous owner had it disabled.

It can be done with TS, Not 100% but i think it's an option in customization menu on the Touch2

 

Edit. Settings button, Vehicle (2/2), Vehicle Customization, Door locks, Lighting Feedback (the car has to be in Ready Mode)
