2019 RAV-4 time adjustment

Now the clocks have changed I've realised that my clock is wrong. The car has satnav, so I have the options '24 hr clock', 'Daylight Saving' and 'adjust to GPS' all of which are set to on. If I do that then the time is an hour out. The time zone is indicated to be Greenwich. I assumed that setting daylight saving would auto adjust the clock to reflect what the current time is. I have to switch Daylight Saving off to get the correct time. I also noticed earlier in the year when I took the car to Belgium the time didn't adjust via the GPS to local time. If I have to go in and switch Daylight saving on or off depending on the time of year, I might as well manually adjust it. Is it supposed to be automatic and not working or is this standard?

Mine is the same, I switched off daylight saving yesterday after I had done a map update ( to 2019 v2).
