Crazing on front windscreen

2018 PHV. I have some, what looks like crazing on the front windscreen. I thought it was dirt, so scrub and wash, and polish, and still this crazing. Driving into or with the sun to one side, it has little sparkles, which get worse according to the angle on the windshield. I looks as if it is inside the glass, as if on the laminate surface. Has anyone else notice anything like this. Very difficult to photograph if anyone is asking.
