ODB2 / CANBus codes and data

Hi,

I am trying to decipher the data that comes from dumping the throughput when sniffing the ODB2 port on a 2013 Prius and wondered if any of you had any experience with this, or could point me in the right direcetion for someone who has? 

I am not interested in error codes - simply the raw data that comes from the 500kbps lines in the CANbus, that is in the format:

654867.01391 0AA#A1B2C3D4E5F60718 

etc. etc. 

I am interested if anyone knows which codes preceding the # relate to which measurable systems in the car (such as type pressure / wheel speed / engine speed etc.)

The codes that are there look legit, and hopefully they'll be able to advise on the missing ones.

There's also an Android app "Hybrid Assistant" that displays live data and also logs data from the OBD2 port, if that's of any interest to you:
