I have had this USB stick for 4 years worked fine but now starting to turn

radio off after about 1 minute but sometimes goes all day with no probs

got Toyota to check it out at last service but came back all was well when they

checked the stick is a 16GB sandisk with 1200 songs on it do you think it's

the sandisk playing up or has anyone else had similar problem

Did you have any car updates done in the meantime, if yes, did it started shortly afterwards?

It was happening before the service if they did any updates don't know going to  buy another USB

and transfer the songs and see if it was the USB stick if not back to Toyota

Try splitting songs into folder, up to 199 songs per folder.

Its more than likely the format of the stick has become corrupted over time, it could also be the stick failing with read/right issues a incar environment can be harsh on device as they are turned on/off constantly
