clutch/ gear box

clutch not allowing me to put it into gear on startup approx every three months, after about 10/15 mins of trying to get into gear it decides to go in to 1st etc, had a new clutch put in in Feb, any solutions or suggestions as to a fix?

Did they do the throw out bearing ? Has the clutch been bled ?

yes old bearing was thrown away, and clutch bled

do a fluid change on the clutch also check the gearbox level

Well it seems that the clutch is not disengaging properly. That most likely points to a fault with the hydraulics (air in fluid or faulty master cyl, slave cyl. or maybe the fork/pivot assy.). Also a possibility that the input shaft is partially seized in the flywheel pilot bearing.

okay thanks for your input, we are thinking of replacing the master cyl so will give it a try, thanks DAVID
