Hello,I have a toyota aygo 2006 semi automatic, it's something wrong with the transmission  ,when I start driving the car its shaking very bad when change gears and when I am trying to stop slowly ( like when its traffic jam ) the car start shaking and its feeling like the car don't want to stop ! Any idea what can be ? Thank you!

It sounds as if it's a clutch in the MultiMode Transmission which is failing.

You need to talk with a specialist mechanic who knows these gearboxes, which would be cheaper than a Toyota main dealer.

Look up Independent Toyota specialists.
