I have this code P1325, and now my car does not switch on to HYBRID mode.

Not unless it's got a V6 😉 P1 codes are manufacturer specific assuming the op has made a type-o

you will need a high end scan tool or Techstream to pull the actual codes

In that case then it looks as though you have an inverter malfunction as Bob suggested.

As above, you need to talk to the inverter to pull the actual specific trouble codes

is it stuck in 4wd ? You need to get the codes checked and the transfer box motor looked at

if you drive it in 4wd too much at high speed and/or rpm you will cause a lot of damage
