ok sorry I mean this

there is internal space in it also do not know if you can fix it
Inner handlebar bullets are okay
and I see clearly when I grab my wheel that there is room in the house (box) but have no play in my steering wheel

If the OP is talking about the inner tie rods, yes the are replaceable. it's just the access. The rack may not need to be removed, but a new gaiter clip will be needed. If access is not possible and you need to remove the subframe, you might get away with just removing the bolts closest to the rack.
Before going through all that, you can check the play of the joints, by lift the front wheels off the ground, then having an assistant rock the steering wheel side to side while holding various parts from the wheel, and the track rod end, and then while the person holds the steering wheel still, try and rock the road wheel left to right repeatedly, then up and down, and use a lever under the wheel. Some times the knocking sound if any, could also be the brake caliper on the slider pins which have worn, and the drop link to the anti roll bar.

The inner ball joints are okay
I found slack/opserved in the teeth in the house
so the house needs (see photo) completely replace.

Haynes manual covered it in the UK. You have to drop the subframe to access the U clamp bolts towards the rear, between the body and steering rack (steering house to you). If you have the right spanners and sockets to access the steering rack U clamp bolts without removing the subframe you could try, so long as the bolts can clear the body.
I have this PDF -
