2006 T180 No power to Stereo and Heater/Clock Help!

Hi All,

I recently acquired a 2006 RAV4 T180 and could use some help with a tricky little issue I am having.

The Stereo, Heater Controls, Electric Mirrors and Clock are not working. My immediate thought was power and fuse so checked the fusebox under the glove box and all seem to be fine. For info the 12V outlet in the front is working fine. 

 

Also when I turn on the car, there is a very slight change on the Nav screen and it does seem to be showing something extremely faintly in the background. The clock and the heater controls have no lights whatsoever except alarm and airbag which I believe are powered separately. The controls don't change anything but the blowers are on all the time.

I wondered if it could be a bad earth? - Any pointers on where these are would be appreciated.

Any Ideas please??
