[1998corolla]

Hi, new to the forum. Bought a 1998 Corolla with 56,000 Miles about a year and a half ago from one owner which  had been stored. 

Totally mint, original and the interior is showroom clean. Bodywork is a 8.5 couple of small dings from other people’s doors.
 

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and I’m curious to how long I may get out of this car as a daily driver?  It’s been serviced up to date and apart from the odd creak and rattle drives like a dream.

Well done you, very unusual to get a car of that age with such mileage lucky you. As to how long you will get out of it, well how long is a piece of string?.🤔. With regular services and normal driving and maintenance you could reasonably expect to get another 150,000 miles. Happy motoring 👏

Servicing will be key, decent oils and filters, look after the braking system, and I suggest give it a good polish (I recommend Williams Carnuba wax) then coat with Carplan Number 1 all over except windscreen.
