Avensis t25 gearbox oil seal leaking

Hi all! My 6-speed manual gearbox Avensis has decided to start leaking oil. It comes from the gearbox, the seal of the main shaft of the gearbox is gone, and the symptoms were the clutch started to "slip". Has anyone here experienced the same problem? I've been looking for documentation on how to open the gearbox but with no success.
