Electric Windows 2007 car

I have a T25 (Tourer). I have a strange problem with the electric windows. Both rear windows go up and down from the drivers door switches, but the front windows only go down from the panel. The front passenger window will only go up from its switch on the passenger door. The drivers window will not go up!

The problem started to show as intermittant for about 10 times then went permanent. At first I thought it was me not pulling the switch up far enough. When I realised there was a problem I found lowering the windows half way allowed me to raise it. Now nothing. I did manage to raise the drivers window after taking the window module apart and pressing the drivers UP connections several times (on the last attempt it went up - but wont do it all the time).

Any advice
