TNS510 bluetooth problem with a new phone

Hi Guys,

I have a TNS510 in my Verso and worked well with my xiaomi mi a1 phone. Now I changed my phone to xiaomi mi note 10 and can only use my tns510 now for media player and can not use for phone speaker. They can paired but TNS510 said mobile phone disconnected, portable BT player can usable.

Paired/unpaired many times, all of the settings on the phone tried to change. The new phone works well with other bluetooth devices. (tried with opel navigation system, BT speaker etc)

Firmware upgrade on TNS510 could help? If yes how can I do that?

Can not find any useful info in google. Thank you for your help!

You have posted in the 'iQ Club' section of the forum (not the Verso), but you might get useful replies from owners of TNS510 equipped iQ's.

I would recommend you also post your question in the Verso section.
