Toyota iq and Yaris suspensions fit or not?

Does anyone if I can fit Bilstein Toyota Yaris suspension at Toyota iq 

because I want to updates my iq kyb with koni or Bilstein and iq does not have so I think maybe try suspension of Toyota Yaris 

or does not fit ?

Do you want a lowering kit or just shocks ? The damping rate will be wrong for the IQ if you use yaris parts that's even if they are the same what i doubt

is yours the 1.0 or 1.33 ?

Eibach and Tein both list the springs, i have run Eibach pro springs on a few of my previous cars without issues

No I want to keep the factory spring I want to put only koni or Bilstein shocks

just shocks

tbh just changing the kyb's for new ones, replace the drop links and change the front anti roll bar bushes will make a big improvement
