Auris 2007 subwoofer

Hello, I am new in this community, lately I have been wanting to get a subwoofer to add in my Auris.

But at the same time I was wondering if its possible to add it on the stock HU (head unit), any advice? Maybe anyone has changed HU,  and has any advice what kinda one I should get.

it depends on the type of sub if you get a active sub most wire in to the rear speaker wires, if you want a full sub box and amp it gets a bit more complicated

I was thinking about getting 300w rms active sub for start, i guess i take the rem from the Speakers and thats it? And what about the Speakers will they dramaticly loose their quality sound?
