Hi, I wonder if someone here can help me?

I am having trouble with my Verso on cold mornings, the car will start fine  but not long after it starts the check engine light comes on and it won't rev. On a particularly cold morning it can do this numerous times before it's warm enough to start driving normally. By and large, once it's warm it runs and drives without fault, and only seems to happen after a cold night (3 or 4° or less)

Had the codes read, how I know it's fuel pressure, but the garage couldn't find any leaks, or anything suggesting why the fuel pressure would be low.

Last couple of very frosty mornings i've had to start it 5 or 6 times before it would run for long enough for me to be confident in driving it.

Has anyone else encountered an issue like this?

Would supermarket fuel be to blame? Last tank was filled with Shell, but i find it difficult to accept as I've always used Tesco to fill up.
