Delete the pairing on both the phone and car, reconnect the two devices and watch the phone there will be 2 pop ups asking to agree/confirm,accept permissions agree them. This should allow the transfer.

Make sure when your phone and my touch pair. Go into bluetooth settings on your mobile click the cogg next to my touch on your list of bluetooth devices and tick box permissions. Ie contacts, messages etc

All sorted now thanks

Still can't connect at all through cable and USB though

I've a Motorola phone which I believe is not supported ?

However I tried my partner's Samsung and that wouldn't connect either

Any ideas please ?

Thanks

I have a 2007 Prius and my phone is connected via bluethooth, but my contacts won't transfer over.
