Estima 3C-TE glow plug relay... Where is it?

hi ... Please can someone help me with the location of the glow plug relay? 

My estima has become reluctant to start... up to a couple of days ago it would start instantly everytime hot or cold. I have checked the glow plug fuse and thats OK and I think I can hear the relay but I can't identify where it is! I thought it was under the bonnet near the Battery?

I will be getting in to the engine bay tomorrow to replace a coreplug and will check voltage at the glow plugs while there.
