I wonder if anyone can help. I have a avensis d4d 2.0 2008 . The problem is that a small pipe seems to of come off the oil return junction which i assume should go to the engine block but for the life of me cant see where. The pipe is no longer there which I assume was pulled it off as I dont have an undertray. The pipe connected goes into the oil seperator above.

The open end is spouting oil which I guess should go back into the crankcase.
