Fascia adapter for aftermarket head unit

I'm new on here, and probably about to buy a 2011 T27 Avensis Estate (1.8 petrol). I have a question about fitting an aftermarket head unit...

I have an all-singing, all-dancing Pioneer SatNav unit which I want to install. I've been looking at fascia adapters for the model, and none of the ones listed with Connects2 etc seem to match with the existing trim shape/size (see picture).

I've seen in a couple of places a kit which includes small spacer bars which fit the sides of the aperture. Would I be right in thinking that this is what I need for this dash panel?

Also, does anyone have any experience of connecting up a factory-installed reversing camera to an aftermarket head unit? Will it be fairly simple to achieve? The unit has a reverse-sensor wire and an RCA video input.

The factory camera will need an adapter as they are not composite video, you may find the fascia also fits other cars

Edit. CT23TY12 is correct, the oem radio is a non standard size and has a oem trim (non sat nav) what can be seen in this vid at 5 min mark (part number example. 55405-05210)

I think what is in the car already is what's in that eBay listing, not in the video. But it seems that the Toyota head unit that fits in there is just a little bit wider than the standard Double-DIN (which is what my Pioneer is).

As for the Camera adapter, I think that one goes in the other direction - i.e. connects an aftermarket camera with an RCA plug to a Toyota head unit. I'll look and see what the conections I have available are once I get in there!

that's the one, as for the camera adapter i got the part wrong, oddly the retention interface only lists the Avensis 2014 onwards (CAM-TY2-RT) but the InCarTec 27-249 lists 2011-14
