Fog Lights

Hey guys, my dad got these LED strip lights and and he was testing them on my car by connecting them to my dim lights and I think the two wires touched each other and now my dim lights don’t turn on and my fog lights don’t turn on either because they’re on the same switch, I changed the fuse but still nothing. Is there a chance all 4 lights blew out? Two Dims and two fog lights? They’re all LED as well.  I still have my old hooligan lights the yellow ones should I try them on before doing anything else right?
