Avensis T25 Check Engine awful noise

Hello everyone,

Here I am having another problem with my 2003 Toyota Avensis 2.0 T25 D4D 85kw.

This problem only occurs when the car moves off(1st and reverse gears)

When put in either 1st or reverse gears the check engine, vsc off, trac off lights come up and the awful noise starts when I let go of the clutch.

If I let go of the clutch completely the car will stall and I will have to start it again and starting the car again pretty much fixes the issue except that the all the dash warning lights are still present.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?
