Warning Light

hi all

hope someone can help just today i have a orange/yellow oil symbol with wavy lines under it come on on my dash - i have a mr2 mk2 2.0gti it only seems to happen goin up or down hill so i assume its low on something just dont know what its not the red oil light

does anyone know what it is and how to sort it ?

Hi mate, just had a look in my handbook and it simlply says "add oil"

If it comes on and doesnt have the lines under it, it means "stop and check"

was getting worried so just check oil thats all ?
